In our institution, most workers are disabled who are suffered from mental or physical problems.

Q. What can these disabilities learn from sheltered workshop?

We teach vulnerable people some professional skills.Take our for example, Chongyi major in printing, copying and designing etc.We teach our members how to use copying machines and how to use drawing software designing book cover.Throughout these training, we hope our members can build the correct and positive attitude when learning something new.Besides, with reaching with peers, they can have chance to experience the real social life instead locking themselves in home.

Q. Once these disabilities have trained well, what's the next steps?

Once their conditions are allowed to go back regular workplace, they will leave sheltered workplace.

Meanwhile, the empty position will take by another disabled who needs this help.
